This West Sussex farmhouse required updating but also had the planning potential for extending. A new family games room wing with wine cellar was linked back to the house and further living room space added to the opposite side to make the most of the views over the pond and estate field beyond. Later phases included the building of an outdoor swimming pool and an adjacent wing to house guests and changing facilities together with a loggia space for sheltered dining beside the pool.
